Aktuell ist leider unsere rotorsoft-Hotline nicht erreichbar. Wir überprüfen, warum nur eine Ansage kommt, dass kein Anruf möglich ist.

Unfortunately, our rotorsoft hotline is currently down. We're checking why there's only an announcement that no call is possible.

Unsere Hotline-Mailbox ist wieder funktionsfähig. Der Grund für den Ausfall war der Umzug der Rufnummer zu einem neuen Backend innerhalb des Anbieters, bei dem leider ein Fehler aufgetreten ist.

Our hotline mailbox is functional again. The reason for the outage was the phone number being moved to a new backend within the provider, which unfortunately experienced an error.
